Generated password for the admin database user.

POST /v2/clusters generates the admin password itself and returns it in the create response – the admin_password passed to ClusterManager.create_cluster() is ignored – and no other route reports it. So this is set on the cluster returned by create_cluster and is None everywhere else, including after refresh(). Record it when the cluster is created or it cannot be recovered.
